The concept of minimalist hotel is very attractive for people who use the hotel as a place to sleep. It needs no fanfare or jubilation. The only reason I don't give a 5 star review is price. And it's not even that they are too far off. It is a good balance of price and service. Not excellent, but pretty good in its own right. I will recommend.

tengan cuidado al reservar porque les cancelan lo que hayan reservado vaya la redundancia, como no te cobran la o las noches, "solo tienes reservación" y si no la pagas antes de las 4pm la cancelan y... oh sorpresa, cuando llegas al hotel no tienes reservación, ni cuarto... deberían cambiar la política porque así le ha pasado a mas de uno, o 100...

No puedo opinar sobre sus instalaciones porque aun cuando reservé con días de anticipación, recibí una llamada por parte del hotel por la mañana del día de entrada donde les confirmé que precisamente iba en camino, y posteriormente ya en Torreón me comuniqué vía llamada telefónica al hotel para notificarles que ya estaba en Torreón que me trasladaría un rato más al hotel, la señorita que me atendió la llamada por el tono la noté molesta, por el ruido que había en el lugar donde me encontraba no alcancé a entender lo que me decía, yo solo le insistía que no me fuera a cancelar que era seguro que yo iría en un rato más. Del lugar en que me encontraba conseguí un rait y al llegar al hotel lo primero que me dice la señorita que me atendió es que mi reservación ya estaba cancelada, motivo, me había tardado más tiempo del previsto, o sea que de nada sirvió nada de lo que hice previamente para asegurar el lugar, ya que en esta fecha se corre el maratón Lala y es muy difícil conseguir donde alojarte ese fin de semana (1 y 2 de marzo). y así me encontré a pie, cargado con mi maleta y sin alojamiento por que no me respetaron la reservación que hice con anticipación por el motivo señalado, cabe mencionar la actitud déspota de la señorita que me atendió tanto en la segunda llamada que fue la que me atendió también al llegar al hotel, sin ninguna consideración y sin importarle mucho menos la situación personal en la que me ví sin conocer la ciudad.
