"Lovely hotel with a fantastic view, and refurbished room, although the bathroom was strangely compact with limited space around the sink to put stuff. But the hotel overall has a lovely feel and ambience. The breakfast was really good as well But allow time for queueing. "

"MONEY STOLEN FROM PRIVATE ROOM! The room smelt of sewage, I think from an open pipe hidden under a counter. I booked a private room for privacy and security yet “housekeeping” walked in on me, nothing was cleaned at any point nor is it offered so I’m unsure what they were doing. Later in my stay I also had money go missing from a bag kept in the room This is not a hostel, the rooms are separated around a shared building, the common area is also almost non existent "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Langham but a few little details prevented this from being a five-star review. Some of the areas felt a little dusty and a little tired versus expectation of such a prestigious hotel.
