Reasonable price Enjoyed hotspring, Sauna, Kids room, and swimming pool with my 2 year old kid. Room is very big and comfotable. C/in took about 30mins, recommend arrive at the property before 3PM or after 4PM.

Best Service ever. our 18 mths old child developed fever when we were on the way to the hotel. could not find any open hospital so we just wanted to try our luck to go straight to hotel and ask for help. they told us its better to ring ambulance when we arrived, also offered us to ring ambulance on our behalf, due to our limited Japanese. a manager (I assumed) even asked one of their staff to go outside to direct the ambulance on their entry. while we were waiting for the ambulance, they gave us ice pack to cool my child. Can't thank them enough for what they have done to our family.

This resort is in the mountain area. It took about 20-30 min driving on mountain roads to get there. The resort is big and has everything you need. I got a family room and it was huge! The room has a big bathtub and living room area. There is also a small kitchen sink and countertop which is convenient. There is a hot spring which is free to all guests. The water park for kids has a fee but I think that’s acceptable. Overall I’m satisfied with this resort and would recommend it to families with small children. The only downside is that it’s an older property so the furnitures look old (but they are clean). The lighting of the room is also quiet dim. The staff are friendly and helpful. I asked for extra pillows at midnight (the ones in the room were too soft) and they delivered them to us without problem.

Wi-Fiを無くしてしまい、 何処にあるか分からず 客室も探したが見つからず… 下の子供が何処かにやってしまったので 仕方ないと思っていたが まさかのチェックアウト後の 清掃で出てきて連絡を貰い スキー後に伺うと嫌な顔をせず むしろ即座にWi-Fiの お忘れ物ですねと気付いてくれ、 対応して頂き感謝でした。 チェックインの対応で バタバタとしていたのに 本当に助かりました。 良い旅が出来ました。 ありがとうございます。

全体的にキレイで良いホテルでした。 団体の外国籍観光客御一行がいる時は、お風呂の中も監視員が必要かと思いました。 ジュースを飲みながらお風呂に入る人や体も拭かず脱衣所に行く人などマナーのない人も見受けられました。

お部屋が、スィートルームクラスで快適でした。 施設面では最高級のホテルにはおとりますが、普通に問題なく、過ごせました。 ディナーブッフェのお出迎え担当の男のスタッフさんがディナーを終えて部屋に戻るとき、接客サービスとして、今まで他のホテルで聞いたことのない素晴らしい言葉かけをしてくれました。 それは、また明日の朝食も楽しみにお越しくださいと、笑顔で、お見送りして頂けたのです。 私も、接客業をしていた経験もあり、当たり前ではあるが、なかなか、ほかのホテルでは聞いた事ないワードだったので、すごくココロにささり、できそうで、できないホスピタリティ溢れる素晴らしい接客だなと思い、是非、他のお客様にもそのお声かけを続けていただきたいと思った次第です。 私も、見習いたいと思います。 そのスタッフさんのお名前は確認できませんでしたが、イメージはキャリアある、チーフさんクラスに見えました。あなた様の言葉でとてもリラックスした夜になりました。ありがとうごさいました。 ほかのスタッフさんたちも、不快感を感じるかたが、ほぼいなくて、とてもよかったです。 たぶん、外国の方のお子様がラウンジの廊下で嘔吐されてて、それも、私たちが部屋に戻る時には綺麗に、なにもなかったように処理されていて、ほのかに除菌消臭の匂いもしてたので、ウィルスリスクの対応もすばやくなされているとおもわれました。 やはり、接客業は人の心意気と見えないところのプロ意識だと思います。そこは、素晴らしかったです。 あとお部屋のお掃除担当のスタッフさんも廊下でであうと、挨拶してくれましたし、当たり前のことをきちんとしているホテルとお見受けします。 天狗になっている宿泊費のたかいだけのホテルもありますが、ここは、宿泊費高騰のなか、まだリーズナブルな方で頑張ってくれている、良いホテルだと思いました。 ひとつ、私的に不満点は温泉のシャンプーリンス類が水で薄めているような感があり、残念でした。自分に合わない鐘紡のクラシエ製品だったので、そちらの質の問題で、貴店の問題ではないのかもしれませんが、経費削減もあるかと思うのですが、色んなシャンプーリンスの貸し出しとかサービスあってもよかったかなと思います。勝手な意見ですが、ご検討ください。全ての女性客喜ぶと思います。 長々とした文になりましたが、とても良い宿泊でしたありがとうございます。 スタッフ皆様のご健康とご多幸をお祈りしております 大変な接客業ですが、素晴らしいプロ意識を持ち続けて、素晴らしいホテルをこれからもお続けくださいませ。

プールがもう少し広いと良かったです。 温泉も部屋の露天風呂も良かったです。 レストランの案内もスムーズで、 食事も美味しかったです。

2泊しましたが、ビュッフェは全く変わらない内容でした。 スタッフの方にこの時期の平日はプールはやっていないと案内されてたので外で過ごして帰ってきたら普通にプールが営業していました。 プールを楽しみに来たのに誤った案内をされたせいで利用できなかったので残念でした。
