"The location is perfect if you want to go to to Disneyland Paris. They offer a shuttle to Disney. We loved that There is a bakery right at the corner. They offer breakfast for a fee as well. Customer service was amazing the check-in team was very helpful. We only stayed for two nights, we didn't get our rooms done, but I'm unsure if it was by request and we didn't ask. "The hotel has excellent staff and a good location (if you are flying from Charles de Gaulle Airport). It has an active bar and restaurant with good food. Two main problems arose during our stay. First, the property is getting worn out. Our room had many defects that required repair. Second, the property is far too cold for winter stays."

The one issue we had was the noise from the renovation that started in the morning around 9am and continued through the day. Fortunately, once we were out sightseeing we did not have to put up with it. "

Most magical hotel ever!

"From arriving to the front door, to checking out our stay was absolutely magical! The smell in the hotel is absolutely amazing and I think it just elevates the experience! The decorations throughout the hotel is absolutely wonderful and although they technically aren’t a Disney hotel I feel like they did a really wonderful job with all the decorations! The price wasn’t too cheap but wasn’t too expensive either. I feel like for a couple, it was worth it considering you get free shuttle rides to and from Disney! I find the times aren’t too accurate but was not really a big deal. Breakfast was included although not the best, it was fine! Enough to keep you filled and energised walking through the parks. The toilets could do with a bit of renovating as it was a little outdated but nothing too serious! The bar in reception served really good food and had coffee (Starbucks). The view from my room was absolutely spectacular hopefully that’s what we get the next time we stay! It was so easy to store luggage’s with them as well after we have checked out so we could explore Paris and the Disney village. MOST of the staff were very nice and helpful except for one member of staff during the day in reception called (Em__) fill out the letters however you want. She was snotty with me and my friends while checking in AND out so I don’t know what her problem is. It was the only complaint to an otherwise magical stay! I would highly recommend this hotel!"
