The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the Colosseum and conveniently close to nearby metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. Getting into the accommodation was hassle-free, and the out-of-hours service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to familiarise us with the area, including nearby supermarkets and key tourist sights. "This hotel was beautifully decorated, clean, and in a wonderful location. A 4 minute walk from the river, 4 min walk from shops. Many good restaurants to choose from especially the one by Brama 2 - Antica Taverna. Laura and the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations. "

"Communication from Katherina was great. Check in with Fabrivio was seamless, yet informative. Joy at the desk was very helpful too. The hotel is in an alley between two busy streets, though this added to the charm of being so near the activities. It’s an old building, in a very old city. Better than expected. Great restaurants feet away from the hotel front door. We enjoyed our time. "
