"Perfectly situated a 5 min walk from Nice-Ville train station and a 20 min walk to old town and the waterfront. Very nice rooms though the building is showing its age in some areas. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Not all rooms have bath tubs but the water pressure was really good. "

"Property is a really nice old style flat, with a recently renovated kitchen. Its on the 5th floor of a 6 story building which has a secure elevator to access. Flat was clean when we arrived. It had a wrap around balcony with chairs and table for eating outside. I collected keys from My flat Nice's office located a 10 minute walk from property. "WoW. We are local and have always wanted to stay here. We went for an overnight staycation for my husband's birthday. The Negresco upgraded our room to a view room which was a lovely Bday surprise! Although the Negresco is under construction, they did much to minimize its effects by limiting the noisy time and placing us as far from the noise as possible. The staff were all amazing and kind. The Spa is incredible. Had some of the best massages of our life there and enjoyed the pampering and ambiance. Highly recommend."
