"Appena arrivati all Hotel , siamo stati avvisati che la Spa dell hotel era inagibile ( la scelta era ricaduta su questo hotel proprio perché altri erano al completo ma questo ancoradisponibile ma con Spa al suo interno) , la sorpresa maggiore è stata che la Spa avrebbe avuto un costo aggiuntivo a detta del personale , mentre sulla mia prenotazione booking non era minimamente specificato. "Having stayed at 5* hotels previously on skiing trips we weren't expecting much but were pleasantly surprised. Buffet breakfast was varied and included - hot section. Spa was good - again better than expected for the class of hotel, but then they did charge €12 for entry so I would expect a but better - only issuing you with one towel meant that if you'd had a sauna you had nothing to dry yourself later with! And the jacuzzi was pool temperature so you could only spend ten minutes in it rather...
