"Staff really go the extra mile and in this lovely boutique hotel Rooms are about right (we were in 66) We had a great balcony and a clean room Staff can not do enough for you reception was very efficient and friendly Fantastic location for sightseeing The only critique I can say is the toilet is loud sometimes sounds like someone is knocking on the door But it didn’t affect our stay "

"This place was so nice. My husband was super happy about this cute apartment and the customer service was exceptional. I had booked my husband and daughter at a hotel (which got decent reviews), but turned out more like a motel which didn’t even have hot water and he demanded to be checked out and I found this place on Expedia last minute. We will definitely rebook this place next time I come since it was in a great location as well. "

"Clean and minimalist, great location close to Brera but removed from the chaotic streets. Quiet room and basic amenities. The garden area is nice for a drink in the evening/hotel guests only, no food unfortunately. I would stay here again the next time I am in Milan."

"Loved the apartment, the location. It had washing machine but detergent was not there, when asked they provided it. But it did not have drying rack so i couldn't use the machine but everything else was nice."

"It’s so close to the Duomo, it unbelievable. Apartment was fabulous, well furnished and kept. Very spacious and comfortable. Close by restaurants, especially Kindii Baan Thai is amazing. The communication annd service from the heart folks was amazing. Responded on WhatsApp within 5 minutes. Everything was so easy and smooth and stress free. Loved it. We will be back! "
