"Firstly, I have to say, this hotel was very inexpensive. The BIG problem though was that their wifi was inoperative. Having work to do, I had to hotspot from my phone and burned through half the hotel price in data charges! Next, this hotel is located in a commercial park, right next door to McDonalds. "Ok so if you want a modern unfriendly hotel do not choose here but if you want a beautiful traditional chateau with themed rooms, admittedly some oddities as all old chateaus have but beautiful, and lovely staff with an amazing breakfast this is amazing as is Provins generally. Be advised you do need passable French to make things easier but if you are off to France guys it’s the least you can do!!"

"On arrival we had to try several numbers to get a response We had no hot water in any of the 3 rooms. We called and he returned saying it was sorted and we would have hot water after 3hrs but we still didn’t have any in the morning. We were on 3 motorcycles and had been travelling all day looking forward to a shower. Then in the morning while we had breakfast they went in our rooms moved some of our stuff and cleaned the rooms ready for the next guests before we even checked out. "

"This was a small inn which was very nice. Breakfast buffet was very good and room was clean and nice. The area around it was very residential so not a lot of things to do close by. The staff was very nice and always looking to take care of you. Did not eat dinner but restaurant always seemed full so good sign many locals. Good access to lots of attractions by car and well worth the cost. "
