I was there Black Friday with my 2 sisters and a niece. We really like the free breakfast, friendly staff and the free added touches like candy canes at the front desk.

I didn’t like the restrictions on housekeeping and towels not being automatically freshened up daily. I get housekeeping every 3 days, but as a customer, we are looking for excellence and complete satisfaction for the investment on accommodations. This didn’t meet our expectations.

Honestly the hotel is one of our favourites however this last time a wedding party arrived after 9PM and were exceptionally loud. We called down near 10pm as our kids were being kept us. We were told that quiet time was at 10pm and that they would remind the wedding party to keep it down. They were outside and we were on the 3rd floor. Nearing 1am they finally stopped. When I complained the next day I was told they would give me some points for our troubles which I thought well at least they understand. When I received confirmation that 3000 bonus points were provided I was very disappointed. A family of 6 being kept up most of the night and to be provided 3000 is an absolute joke. They should have delt with the situation properly or compensated us adequately. They had no control.

Great hotel. Would stay here again. Room was cozy. Thought the circle in the picture of pool was warm tub but it’s just a walk in area for pool. Nice if you have small children. Breakfast was ok. Had enough to get you through until lunch. Staff very friendly.
