Everything about this hotel was exceptional. Beautiful clean rooms with comfy beds. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was great. However the highight was the staff. Everyone we had contact with - from checking in, the bar and restaurant staff, and housekeeping- were so friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. They even gave us free vouchers for a drink when they learned it was our mums birthday. I will definitely be back for my next stay in Wellington.
