"Amazing place. Very thought out! The area we stayed in was amazing. They even left a little ballon gift for my son’s birthday! We stayed here for Lego land! "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cavendish House. It’s was clean and very comfy. We were definitely not disappointed! Added bonus of an off street parking space and a 2 minute walk to the castle and town made it the perfect choice. "Accommodation itself was excellent. Very good condition and nice and clean. Location was great and all parts of Eton and Windsor were walkable. Communication was great from the property itself. NOT from Hotels.com who were hard to get through to and not very helpful. Night time noise wasn’t great being right on the road and near pub/restaurant. It was hot so windows had to stay open. "

It has a gated entrance to the courtyard, with two locks on the main door to property. We felt very safe. Nice size rooms. It was a perfect commute for Heathrow. Lots of dining options with multiple pubs. "

"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"Space is nice and worked well for our family. Only complaint was arriving at night wasn’t ideal as the front gate area had a homeless person hanging around. Once we entered the gate, the walkway smelled like someone had just urinated. It didn’t give the best first impression. Getting the key wasn’t hard, just cumbersome as there isn’t a front desk person to assist. "

"We stayed just the one night. 2 adults and 2 kids. The family room was perfect. One good sized double bed and a sofa bed. The room was pretty spacious and didn't feel crowded. Whilst we were not here to visit Legoland, obviously many other families were and it felt like a perfect hotel for that kind of stay. The grounds here were the excellent. Plenty of outside space for whatever you wanted to do. "
