"There is a sign out front that says this LaQuinta was voted the number one hotel in Loveland. I can see why. Friendly staff, hotel is clean and updated. Our mattress was super comfortable and the hot breakfasts were delicious. It is quiet and there is a walking/biking trail very close to the hotel. Our only complaint was the Wi-Fi. It was great when we first checked in on Tuesday but with the increase in people closer to the weekend it couldn’t keep up. We will definitely stay here again though....

"Overall a nice property - convenient to SO much food & shopping...all w/in walking distance. The odor in the air is something to get used to (manure/farmland). This trip was for work, so we arrived at 1:30pm. It was a $30 early check-in fee...odd. Never experienced that when rooms are available (which there were per the attendant).
