Part of the panelling that separated the dining area and living room space was a constant trip hazard, this was extremely dangerous, also the living room radiator was continually on making staying in the room extremely uncomfortable with to much heat. "We were able to leave our car and head into the city before check in. Check in was smooth and room was fine. The gentleman serving at the bar was exceptional. He was very welcoming and made conversation with each guest which is a plus for guest. Our room was very hot so slept with windows open and had no issues with road noise considering how close to main road the hotel is. The location is really good with a bus stop opposite so you don't need to walk up the steep hill after a day out...
