"Very happy with the location. It takes a few minutes to walk from the main road down the secure pedestrian shopping and eatery street. The hotel is located in a older neighborhood with various styles of buildings within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond expectations during our three day stay. They even met us at the road entrance to show us the way to the hotel. Unlimited coffee, bottled water and snacks were always available. "

"First time exploring Beijing and I loved it. I also loved this hotel. The rooms are fresh and clean. The area is quiet at night. If you explore the alleyways in close proximity to the hotel you will find an array of wonderful shop and local restaurants. It is a good 45-60 minute walk to the forbidden city and other sights which suited me. "Great stay at the Valley Wing. Staff very nice and helpful. General Liang is so thoughtful and kind. I was having my birthday and she even sent a cake to the room. The new airport sendoff service is a godsend. It includes a staff member at the airport carrying your luggage to the counter and helping you get the boarding pass. I’ll use that service next time I visit for airport pickup, too. The hotel is a little old. We all know that. But the staff and service at the Valley Wing sparkle. "

"When I arrived the front desk staff, particularly Frank was excellent at helping me with an issue I was having. He went out of his way to help me, even calling a few people on my behalf. The hotel location was very convenient, easy walking to two subways and multiple bus lines. "

"The property is most convenient, is 5 minutes walking distance to metro line no"8, and the pedestrian shopping street is just 2 minutes away, check in was very smooth, we arrived at the hotel bit early then our check in time, but with out any problems they just check us in, so we can go and about to explore the area. The staff at the hotel is so professional every thing explaining slowly and clearly. If anyone are looking at this hotel I do recommend just paying a little bit more and chose the executive room. To my surprise at the executive floor you get breakfast, afternoon tea, evening happy hours are all included in the price. If one comes back from tours and tried and not going out then just get food and drink relaxed at the executive lounge. The staff at the lounge will welcome you once you appears. The hotels main breakfast restaurant currently is under refurbishment, the restaurant we are using at the moment is temporary but still with lots of choices, once the main restaurant is back on for service I am sure the veriety will more. If anyone travel to Beijing this is a hotel you must check it out."

"Excellent value for money hotel. Close to Beijing Internationla airport. Shuttle bus every 20 minutes and on the hour. Note they only pickup from Terminal 3 on level 1. For the Yum Cha/Dim Sum enthousiasts they have an excellent all you can eat lunch daily for approx $50 AUD (218RMB) which is a must not miss. The food is prepared fresh to order and all excellent. The pool and facilities sauna, gym are excellent with towels and bottled drinking water available. All in all a great stay and will be back each time I need to stay close to the airport."
