The hotel is a short walk from the station, the staff are very helpful, the room was just was we needed for 2 people. Breakfast is complimentary and did the job

Staff are very polite and helpful. Best part is the hotel is only 5 mins from JR Yamagata station, very convenient. There is also a bus terminal at the train station with buses to various attractions like Zao onsen etc. Only down part is the pillow was very flat, hence not comfortable to sleep on.
