"When we arrived at 10pm we were greeted by a room upgrade with a welcome cake for our anniversary: simply magnificent: brilliant location, staff excellent all the time, impossible to rate other than as 10/10. Only one small item to comment on: more a cultural difference than anything: the fridge was not cold, probably because the locals like warm drinks including beer. However, plenty of ice freely available on request. In summary, we loved it. "
