Start your morning with a stunning view as you explore our 2-acre farm and take in the scenic island views. The farm is situated at the highest elevation on the East End of St. Thomas, providing sea views of Great Bay and the neighbouring St. John. Following the tour, proceed to the observation deck for photo opportunities and enjoy local delicacies and drinks from the farm. Following your visit to the farm, we head over to the nearby Sapphire Beach for beach time, which boasts white sand, emerald, blue water, and a beautiful view of St. John. Visitors have the option to relax in the serene beach atmosphere or rent snorkelling equipment to explore the coral reef and observe vibrant tropical fish.
