The lounge is very good. Equal in quality and facilities to the qantas club I use when flying oneworld airlines. The only issue was that the voucher from Expedia did not scan in the plaza lounge system and it took about 15 minutes to resolve it. Probably more an Expedia issue than a plaza issue. I was flying Vietnam Airways (surprisingly good) and the $28 lounge entry fee was well worth it

We were travelling home on an Emirates flight at 10.30 pm so booked six hours in this lounge. However unlike most other airports, despite checking in online, we were unable to check in / bag drop until 7 pm in accordance with Emirates procedures ! Completely pointless to book into any lounge if flying with Emirates ( or Qantas codeshare partners) at Melbourne airport..... be warned !
