"The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive, and the hotel itself is in a great location. The room had everything we needed, and the infinity pool 360-degree rooftop views was an unexpected bonus. There was a fantastic little open-air restaurant just a few minutes' walk away with great food and drinks at exceptional prices. I would definitely recommend a stay at Chillax!"

"This is a very good hotel in almost all of the important areas, from my personal perspective. Staff are delightful and very accommodating. Swimming pool is gorgeous and very well maintained. Room was super clean and the bed very comfy. They have a well-known high end restaurant on site, where I would have eaten at least once had they had even one vegan item on the menu. "Get ready for party"

"The staff made this a memorable vacation. They were always there to help with any questions. They recommended tours, sights to see, transportation to sights. A central location for tour stars and end points. The China Town food tour start point was only a 9 minute walk. Rooms and facility were clean, a nice restaurant/bar on the 6th floor and nice relaxing pool. I highly recommend the Cascade Hotel."

"Hotel is well situated for restaurants. Our room was comfortable but few amenities. A kettle but no cups, or coffee/tea. No soap to use in the sink just shower gel on the wall in the shower. Breakfast was not as described on their website. Poor quality Thai food for breakfast & the only other choice was white sliced bread to toast. Shame"
