"When you arrive the property itself is great. Clean, food is great, rooms are large. It's essentially a large Riad. On the Expedia website it's said free shuttle to airport. When we arrived they denied this and said is was Expedia's fault. They refused to acknowledge the error. I even showed them the add but it made no difference. So add an Extra 60 Euros to the price of the room if you were expecting a shuttle. "

"The Riad La Porte Rouge was a fantastic hotel to stay at. Full of charm and personality. The owner and his staff practically bent over backwards to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. "Abdul and everyone else at the riad were very helpful and friendly. We organised an airport pickup and Ismail was waiting right outside even though our flight was delayed and it took ages to get through security. The room was clean and had everything we needed.
