"Central location was excellent. Only complaint was that there were no operating instructions for the television. As we are elderly and don’t go out at night, the tv is our entertainment. We couldn’t work out how to change the channels or get closed captions which we wanted because of hearing difficulties "

"Our stay at the swissotel was great, we always celebrate some of the special moments at swissotel and the quality hasn't changed at all.. it was only one night stay but we enjoyed every minute of it. Also service at the lounge was superb. I didn't catch their names but during canape hours and breakfast in the morning hotelier/server were kind and thoughful. "

"Great modern facilities and amenities. Great CBD location. This time we stayed at the executive room and the lounge access was excellent. Afternoon tea and pre dinner drinks and canapés followed by breakfast in the morning is a great addition to an already excellent stay. Will definitely stay there again when we get the chance. Only missing probably is the pool facility… it would have been perfect. I still highly recommend this hotel."
