"Lovely hotel, great staff and perfect location. Arrived after finding the hotel fairly easily. Ample parking around the hotel grounds. Although slightly disappointed in the added parking fee. Check in was really good with attentive staff who showed us to our room. Nice bar and restaurant area looked great. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was nice sized. Overall a really good value stay. "

"An unusual place in that it was totally unstaffed, but the access arrangements were fine and the room was comfortable, extremely quiet and exceptionally well provided for. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There was nothing to dislike at all and I would definitely return, but it's a shame that with such nice facilities, ie lounge, bar, etc. the areas are not used "

"Disappointed to find I wasn’t on the list for breakfast. Had to return with an email proving I was entitled. They blamed hotels.com. Room was a little below standard in places. Shower tray had several large chips, some had been painted over. Needs replacing. Blind was missing from bedroom window, clearly broken and not replaced. Wash basins were a bit well worn, signs of repair. Top of door fame missing into bathroom. Overall a nice stay but top money requires the room to be perfect. Especially...

"The staff attention was outstanding. The hotel is outdated. It needs a refurbishment. The bedroom carpets are mouldy as are the other carpets. The cleaners do a good a very good job, however this does not compensate for the circumstances of the outdated rooms. The public areas are generally well kept. "

"Great location, with a short walk to the beach and town. Our room was quiet and had a wonderful sea view. Plenty of nice seating areas around the hotel. Staff were very efficient, helpful and polite. The food was good quality with plenty of choices. "
