"It was easy in every way. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It felt like a family. There was plenty of room in the lounge and dining area. Room was a good size. Better than Premier Inn. Free Wifi. Free breakfast. Note to Management: It might be a good idea to put a clearer sign by the toaster - DO NOT PUT CROISSANTS IN THE TOASTER."

"The farm is amazing and Lucinda is such a great host. We enjoyed the horses, the location where we did a bit of hicking and Lucinda cooks the best English breakfast we have ever had in our year long stay in the UK. My wife and I enjoyed the long conversations after breakfast in a relaxing and friendly place and atmosphere. We are already planning our next trip back to the farm and we will be scheduling more time with the farm horses. "

"We loved this property as the bedrooms were a good size , Craig our host was fantastic. Always on the ball and available if needed for enquiries about the local area if he could help . Onsite pool which we did-not use but if we visited again we would . Breakfasts to die for . "

"We really loved our stay , the hosts were very welcoming and breakfast was lovely. We enjoy staying somewhere with character and it definitely has that !and it was super clean .lynmouth is beautiful and there is plenty to do in the area we reckon the circular walk to Watersmeet and Countisbury and also the riding sun pub if you want a fancy meal We would definitely stay again Thankyou 🙂"

"This was an unscheduled stop on route to Cornwall due to bad weather. What a pleasant surprise, a beautiful old Inn a short distance from the A30. The staff were friendly and helpful, great service a lovely evening meal and an excellent breakfast. We will definitely be returning with hopefully better weather."
