Les employés de l’hôtel ont été aux petits soins avec nous et très attentionnés à nos besoins. Les employées étaient toujours disponibles et très agréables. Les petits déjeuner était copieux et délicieux. Nous avons adoré notre expérience. Nous y retournerions n’importe quand. "

"It is like being in a calm oasis in the middle of vibrant and rather bustling Cairo. It is quite at night for a good sleep. Highly recommended place to stay. Hotel is located in a huge area and and felt like being ina gated community. Even you can go for a walk around the hotel. There are some good restaurants and when it’s warm, there are parties around the pool. "

"Everything was great ,pool area was clean and the beach area was clean with friendly and smiling faces My only issue was in the breakfast buffet no one was greeting me or giving me a good service I am American Egyptian and because I speak both language Arabic and English So I decided to speak arabic unfortunately with me speaking Arabic I did not get the best service I felt the difference between treating me and treating the other guests speak different languages Overall I loved guona...
