"Good location hotel.About 5 minutes walk from Palazzo Vecchio.Quiet place.Hotel itself is nice decoration with stair to come to check-in.Be careful if you have heavy luggage.I like mobile charger they provided which is prepared for all type of connector.Only one bad thing for this hotel is shower room,it's too small in the middle of bathroom."

"So glad I picked this hotel! Close to everything. Duomo cathedral, Academia del MichaelAngelo, lots of restaurants around the area. Walkable to Central Market, Zaza Restaurant, train station and many more. Hotel is modern, big rooms and bathroom, plenty of storage. Towel warmer is available too and daily breakfast was amazingly delicious. Water and snacks are complimentary, replenished every day. Staff are very nice. Highly recommended. Will come back if I have the chance."

"This property is the perfect location for touring the attractions in Florence and for walking along the streets exploring the city. The breakfast is the best we have ever seen at a hotel and the service was impeccable in all areas of the hotel. The only somewhat negative thing would be the elevator is a bit tricky but we used the stairs most times so not a huge issue for us. The view from the restaurant and bar was amazing. "Was only a quick nights stay before we flew home but it was the perfect location. Can see the tower of pisa from the roof top as your about 100 yards walk away and there are lovely restaurants right outside the hotel too so everywhere is walking distance. The roof top terrace would be lovely in the summer too with the bar open unfortunately not the right time for us but we still enjoyed the view from the top floor. Staff where very friendly and helpful too. "

"The staff at this hotel was wonderful; they were very accommodating. My complaint would be that it was kind of loud with furniture moving. I'm not sure what was going on with this. Also, we were upgraded but charged for the upgrade. I would have thought this was free, as we are VIP Expedia members. "
