"It was a nice place to stay in Key West. Rooms were all unique and comfortable as we had several friends staying in different rooms. There were nice common areas to hang out and the breakfast was good. only complaint was the noisy air conditioner that cycled all night long. "

My room was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to South Beach. I didn’t need to use Uber or Lyft until it was time to leave. Every staff member I interacted with was accommodating and welcoming, providing exceptional customer service—except for one, who unfortunately matched the description of the rude staff member mentioned in several other reviews....
