"For some people the room might be small. However my son and I got up early and went sightseeing and came back late, SO room size wasn't a problem. The staff was very helpful. I could not have asked for a nicer team. THe breakfast was very good. I liked everything about it. It was in a safe area and the underground and bus service was just a block or so away"

"WIFI IS NOT WORKING AT ALL IN MOST OF EXECUTIVE ROOM TYPE. (1st fl, 2nd fl.) This property still under renovation which effect with no water from 11am-2pm some days, wet paint and noise during day time which need to be considered. Our stay is 4 nights, Room is not well clean as the towel and bed sheets are still the same not changing, rather just arrangement. TV remote is full with dust. Other than that room is good to stay, compact size and comfy bed"

"Welcoming staff especially concierge team. Lovely large lobby area. Friendly reception. Room average. Clean and spacious but very little amenities. Had a kettle safe and 2 bottles of water but little else eg hand lotion, conditioner. Parking available on site. Very close to the natural history museum and walking distance to Knightsbridge, Hyde park and Albert hall. Was a good price for the stay. "

"Lovely little hotel in Earls Court, nicely-done rooms and a bargain compared to similar offers in the area. Looks a bit unpleasant on the outside as covered in scaffolding and neighbouring properties are not as nice, but no noise of construction inside and rooms at the other side of the hotel were even quieter! Super-comfy bed, decent-sized room, clean, classic and full of everything you need. Only minor issue was the TV needing some fiddling to get to work and the view was just a brick wall,...
