"Upon checkin they told us they forgot to block the room we had booked and that the room was already taken. They proceeded to drop us at another hotel which seemed awful compared with the one we had paid for. I asked for shampoo and conditioner which were inherently available at the original hotel I had booked and this idiot of a guy got cheap soap bars delivered to my and my dad’s rooms!!! The bedsheets weren’t changed at all during the 4 days I stayed there and the staff gave my dad a hard time...

"Absolutely stunning place. The staff are very helpful and patient. The room was supposed to be in the wing but we ended up in the main building in a beautiful room. The breakfast buffet was more like lunch or at the very least a big brunch. There aren't any maps of the building so we had to ask for help to even get out of the hotel. "I have stayed a number of times, mainly for the relatively short distance to the airport but also the nice Juhu Beach. The rooms are well fitted out, although the lighting is complicated! The only issue was that my room was on the main road and a little noisey from the traffic. Other rooms are better. The staff are very welcoming and the food very good indeed."
