"Absolutely loved it. Shame it was only an overnight stay. Room spacious and clean. Old victorian style home with a modern twist. Lovely decor, even asked where they'd got the wallpaper from as its exactly the style we're looking for. Trendy retro lighting in our room. Modern bathroom, and warm. Comfy beds. Breakfast was lovely, put in your request the night before. I had salmon and scrambled eggs, which was plentiful, and extra toast. All this and only a 5-10 min walk into the town....

"We stayed one night at Parklands Hotel. Easy check in with friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely modern bathroom. Situated on the edge of The Inch park and a short walk into town. Large free car park out the front on hotel, in which we were able to keep our car the next day. Would stay here again. "

"I stayed here one night and it was perfectly nice, a bit of a maze and a small bathroom, but that's pretty standard for old buildings. The room was comfy and the location was convenient, and it was a very good price (especially in the off season). It's got some quirks, though. Like I said, it had a small bathroom and shower with nowhere to put your toiletries in the shower, so I had to put them on the ground, which was a bit tricky in the narrow stall. "The apartment was in lovely condition and well maintained but what I appreciated most was the host’s responsive communication and kindness. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and stress-free, even calling a cab for us when I had issues with my phone. Highly recommended!"
