"Loation is great, staff is so friendly, facilities good as well. Breakfast is realy good - quality ingredients and fresh produce. Bad things- no bottled water in the room? Very bizare for 4 star hotel. Room was cold as it uses standard radiators rather than air con so you cant realy set proper temperarure. "

"We only stayed there for a night after seeing a play and I have to say it has exceeded our expectation greatly. The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. And while it situated only a stone throw from Shakespeare's birthplace, it is very quiet. The in-the-room breakfast for a small fee is a very nice touch and we will definitely stay there again if we're in town. "

"Our Christmas stay at the Welcombe Hotel was a nice break. The mansion is stunning, set in 157 acres of beautiful grounds, and if you’re lucky, you might even spot deer roaming around. The spa was good to have—the indoor pool, Swedish sauna, and outdoor vitality pool made for a nice way to unwind, and the thermal rooms were a nice touch. "Had a great time celebrating a family gathering. Food was great, staff were helpful and friendly and facilities were good. Loved the games room which kept everyone amused. Hotel is starting to date in parts and could potentially have a freshen up. Corridors were chilly and frayed stair carpets. Overall a great stay and would recommend it. "

"The facilities in the room were good. Dove products in the bathroom were appreciated. Usb points were appreciated. Breakfast was good. Parking was fine. £15 for 2 fill days after discount code used. Only issue was lack of eating places nearby. We stayed 2 nights, Sunday and Monday. On the Sunday we were turned away from local restaurants between 4-5pm as we did not have a booking. "Another enjoyable stay at this business orientated hotel. Although catering for conferences the Woodlands Grange is ideal for a short stay visiting the likes of Stoneleigh. Check-in was efficient and receptionist even helped with the EV Charger. Because of a conference/function the restaurant was closed but they did cater for us with Bar Meals in the bar.
