"A 1 night stay for work reasons. The pub and food are excellent with a good selection at a reasonable price. My room was comfortable but very cold due to the old leaking sash windows. All in all for the price it's ok for a 1 night stay. "

"The location was great and perfect for our needs. The bedroom was large and in good condition. However, the bed and pillows were far too hard for us and the room was extremely hot. We did try to turn the heating down but this didn't seem possible. The food in the restaurant dinner and breakfast, was average. However, all of the staff were friendly."

"I didn't check in until after 10pm due to being at a wedding, i dropped my bags off 12 hours earlier and reception staff were really friendly and helpful. My room was really nice, the room cost a little more than i initially wanted to pay & looked at changing my hotel but I'm so glad i didn’t, everything avout the hotel was really nice. Breakfast was good as well, i find breakfast buffets can be a bit hit & miss but this one was really good. "
