"On the day we booked the hotel, the reception had been closed since the afternoon. We went to the hotel to check in in the evening, but we couldn’t enter. We became panicky. Then I found the hotel had emailed me about it and left the code for the entrance etc. you don’t usually imagine that the reception is closed, so I didn’t check the email from the hotel before arrived there…The hotel explained that this sort of thing doesn’t happen usually.
