"Liked that it was a cheap Uber ride to medical and shopping. Staff was excellent. Didn't like that they didn't supply wash cloths to just wash your face. I get why they don't as people steal them but it would be nice to have them."

Restaurant staff, housekeeping and bell hop staff very nice and helpful, however front desk staff not very friendly, barely smiles and seems bothered when you attempt to ask the questions. Hotel is about 30 mins from El Centro, so had to take a taxi to get to the action and vibe we were looking for. "

"Overall it was a very comfortable stay in my basic room. The property manager was very attentive and prompt with any inquiries and/ or needs. The cleaning staff were also very courteous. The house had a nice easy feel to it and it was located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Perhaps, it was the time of year (holidays) that most residents could have been away as the streets around the area were a bit deserted and dark at night for walking alone. "I was in Mérida for surgery and I stayed for four nights. The rate was very reasonable and the location was excellent. I think the Hotel Victoria is a beautiful building that needs to some updates soon. i also wish that they had king size beds. "
