"Booked this hotel for a few days as a present for my partner and our anniversary as the reviews were excellent and the hotel was so reasonable.. so I was expecting good things, however this hotel completely exceeded all our expectations! Walking in to the hotel we were blown away with how beautiful everything was. The flowers, the pastry shop (which looked amazing!) and the bar/restaurant. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely man who was so friendly and extremely informative, we were given...

"Everything was great except that it was so hot in our room. We asked the hotel clerk and she said it was because the air conditioning was noy in this tine if year so the only options were turn it off ir have heat. We turned it off but it was difficult to sleep comfortably. "

"Good location if you are travelling from other city to Seville by bus (our case is from Lisbon). Hotel is able to walk and also locate near the shopping mall. However, if you have a problem with difficult to sleep then you may want to book the room with river view. Room is ok (no complimentary water)."

"Location not in the centre but perfect if you are driving or don’t want to pay the higher prices. Tram right outside the hotel runs frequently & you are outside the cathedral in less than 10 minutes. Rooms are modern, clean & spacious. No a/c in winter so rooms can be hot - windows do open though."
