"It was so short just a one night stay so I can't say too much. The alarm clock woke me up at 6am (probably was left on from the guest the night before). Bathroom was kind of dated looking. The wine experience in the lobby was nice - it seemed like the guests were having a nice time there chatting. The location was good, easy to get around. The extra add on fees were a bit ridiculous. I could have stayed at a better hotel for the same price after all the extra charges so I am pretty disappointed...

"The hotel and the room were clean. The internet was fast enough. The staff was kind enough. The staff did not give accurate information about the hot cider, though. There was complimentary cider in the lobby and, when it wasn't there, they'd say that it would be available at 3p. By 5p if it wasn't there, they'd say that it was seasonal and that it had gone away for the Spring and that it would return in the Autumn, only for it to turn up the very next day. If you're not sure, just say that...
