"My family and I stayed here for 1 night, our first night in Tokyo. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Haneda Airport and it was only 2 stops away. We actually walked back to the airport the next day to pick up a few things and it was a safe and easy walk. Check-in was straightforward. I'm glad I read the email I received from the hotel on how to enter and check in. We didn't see any staff while we were there but we didn't need anything at all.
