"The hotel is located in an embassy area, which we found to be very quiet and safe. Our room was spacious, featuring one and a half bathrooms. The rooms have been newly renovated with a modern design, and the entire hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ensuring a pleasant experience. Every morning, there were two breakfast options offered, both of which were delicious and visually appealing. We truly had a wonderful stay at The Okura."

It was just a little confusing, having a premier grand room and being checked out on a different floor than where we were checked in and having to store our luggage on a different floor as well a bit confusing."
