"Sawadeeka!! The Staff here go above and beyond to ensure a 5 star experience. The only negative would have to be the view from the pool is obstructed due got anew building being built next to it. However you still get a good view. "

"Staying in the Krungthep river view king size bed room. The room is very spacious and clean, I was worried after reading some reviews that it would be tired, but, far from it, everything was clean and working. Being Bangkok, the balcony was noisy from road and river traffic but if you want to get a bit quieter walk to the main pool rather than the one in front of wing. The staff were all smiles and very pleasant."

The lighting options were extraordinary, being able to have sublte light from the headboard, or a bit more when turning on the bar light.
