"The staff were brilliant, kind, polite and helpful. The beds were very hard and the bathrooms need upgrading as well as the air conditioning. We upgraded to a deluxe room and found it strange that the tv was in front of the beds and not in the seating area. There were not enough plug sockets either. They also need to stop the chinese visitors from smoking in their rooms as this came through our air conditioning unit which was annoying as we don't smoke and it is supposed to be a no smoking...

"A unique hotel on the edge of the Chinatown Night Market area. Near to riverboat transportation. Great breakfast room. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was always available if we needed anything. "

"Great location for Grand Palace, Khao San road and surrounding attractions. Near river for ferry's. Property is dated and a lot of homeless in the area but felt safe"
