"We love the breakfast buffet! A big shout out to the breakfast buffet staff who work tirelessly to accommodate so many guests! The grab and go option is a big plus! Like many previous reviews mentioned, the room is small: I can open one cabin baggage at a time at room door area. I don’t like to open my luggage on my bed so the entrance door area is the only place that’s big enough to open my cabin baggage. I don’t know how one would open a big luggage without putting it on the bed."

"We had a great stay in Osaka, and staying here, right above the train station made all our day travels so convenient. Reception is on the 19th floor with all guest rooms above that, so you don’t hear ANYTHING from the train station. Only downside would be that we booked a non smoking room, and when we walked into it, there was a very clear smell of cigarettes. "
