"Awesome stay. Front desk helped with making a reservation for dinner. This was great as well as information on getting bus limousines by OCAT next door. The underground Namba walk was a cool experience. Next door downstairs had a supermarket that provided groceries at a good price. I highly recommend staying here. Very convenient to train stations and easy walk to shopping areas close by. "

"Family of 4. Room was spacious. Each person got a bed of their own. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. They were so hard. Room came with the basic, mini fridge, hot water kennel, safe and blow dryer. Toilet was in a separate room from shower, tub and vanity, which was nice. All other necessities (toothbrush, razor, scrubber, etc.) you had to get in the lobby. Balcony was off limits so that sucked. Room service was available till 10pm. Cafe was nice next to the Universal store on the left side...

"Beautiful property and staff were amazing. There is a mall under hotel with a convenience store and many high end shops. Just didn’t get enough time to enjoy the facilities. There was an additional charge to use the pool which is ridiculous."

"In very busy but check in is super easy, as is check out. Luggage shipping to next hotel is available. Laundry machines are small and each machine dies wash and dry. Also one broken and others busy. Amenities are good and staff wonderful. Rooms are extremely small. Breakfast is not western and really wasn’t good either way."

"We stayed in a triple room at Hotel Keihan Namba Grande—two adults and two kids (ages 14 and 5)—and the space was more than adequate for our needs. Like many hotels in Japan, it got a bit tight with suitcases open, but the high beds were a smart touch, letting us store bags underneath once we got settled. Check-in is via self-service kiosks, which didn’t quite work for us, but the staff stepped in right away and were extremely kind and helpful. Throughout our stay, the staff was accommodating...

"We loved staying at this property! We had our luggage shipped to the hotel, and after the easy check in process, I turned around and our luggage had magically appeared behind us. The room was clean and had a fantastic view! Washer/dryer unit made traveling light easier. Included breakfast had a lot of options, though it could get busy. Welcome drinks every day were my kids’ favorite! Close to Shin-Osaka station, easy walk."
