"Looks like this hotel has been recently renovated. Rooms are good size, has a separate toilet and bath which is rare in Japan. There's a handheld shower and deep tub for soaking. Lots of dining options, shopping and transportation nearby. The only thing that was disappointing was having to take a separate elevator from the ground or train level to the hotel lobby. "

" Hotel is close to Namba station. Lawson is just next to the hotel Many restaurants and shops around. Good place to stay. I am happy to stay here again on my next trip"

"AMAZING HOTEL! Very conveniently placed right next to the Kitahama line. Room was a lot wider than we expected and while the bed was super firm it was surprisingly huge (Deluxe Double) for my next trip i will stay here again!"

"Beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and nice, rooms were a good size and location was excellent. Only minor complaint is that from the metro level, you need to go up a few elevators to go to your room, just a minor inconvenience. "
