"O lugar tem muito potencial para ser um otimo lugar para ficar. Entretanto a sua gestão é muito ruim, precisa de alguem que saiba gerir o lugar e seus funcionários. Todos eles sao bem educados, porém falta organização no hotel. O café sempre tinha coisa faltando e o hotel nao estava cheio para isso, faltou café em um dia, no outro açúcar, o leite, ate os talheres. "Be ready for a few steps up and down the hotel. If you have difficulty walking, or you are an elderly person, I would not recommend staying here. Otherwise, it is a great hotel and location."

"Overall a good experience. Breakfast was just above average as was the room. Hot water was lacking, but the view made up for many of the deficiencies. Spectacular. Pedro was a great host, but some other staff were less than friendly. Parking very convenient and walkability to Buzios centro and Joao Fernandes beach was good. Pool was very pleasant."

"The property is decent if you’re on a budget or lack options. The bathrooms have a sewer smell, almost like things don’t completely flush. Most of our plugs didn’t work. The place is old and it shows. The staff are all great, it’s just the hotel. "
