"Loved the staff, very quiet. Directions if you have a car are very difficult as we’re in the old city and you have to drive on a cobblestone path that says pedestrians only. But there’s an exception for this hotel. Kept feeling like I was going to get in trouble. Íker stayed on the phone with me until I arrived. Couldn’t ask for better service!!"

"My whole experience was amazing. Everything at the hotel was amazing. Our first night the bathroom shower was not working and they quickly changed our room. Service is 10/10, everyone was extremely kind and eager to help. The room was super clean, beds were comfortable and the AC works well. Bathroom was also very clean. The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Hotel restaurant is also excellent. I would definitely come back and would recommend it "
