"It did not look the pictures. The place is very small, had to walk up many stairs. The common area, kitchen and bathroom are dirty. The bed was clean, the a/c was fine. We stayed only a few hours just to rest before taking a trip."

"Booked and paid for the non-refundable rate Sukhumvit 23 hotel and arrived after a long drive. The hotel was closed permanently. The guard told me to go to soi 16, which I found to be a completely different type of room than in the pictures. It was in fact a low quality apartment and not even close to what I’m used to staying in with citadines. Nothing was mentioned on the website and I couldn’t even get a refund. Citadines lost a long term guest. Nothing to do with the current situation...
