"Helpful and friendly staff but limited English. Convenient to BTS or MRT and proximate to a market but entrance located in an area of unmarked alleys. Fairly limited continental breakfast options but quick service and consistent plates. Comfortable and affordable room. Would stay again!"

"The Dusit has apparently undergone a recent refit, we wouldn’t know as first time staying but it won’t be the last! Rooms spacious, bed was huge, and spick span in cleanliness. We had a slight delay in our room being ready by about 45 minutes but the staff made up for this by giving us unasked for room credit to be spent in the hotel. Highly recommend especially the premier room , park view corner rooms. "

"Front desk staff was absolutely first class. While affable Ms. Tee is the one who handled my check-in, her colleague was equally all smiles and welcoming. They both donned new beautiful blue dresses ( I had stayed with them a couple of years ago). Check-in took less than 2 minutes. Ms. Tee spoke fluent English with a beautiful accent. "Oh wow! We caught ourselves saying this so often, whether walking inside the atrium, into our room, or out on our balcony. WE stayed 1 full week in mid November, 2024. The staff was beyond what we were accustomed to (our first trip to asia), anywhere. And we travel very often. "Service, breakfast, pool were all great. Location is nice with train station just there. There’s always a lot of traffic out front , so grab takes a long time. Stay was a good experience. The pool can also get busy quickly."
