"What a relaxing stay! If you have a big tattoo that can’t be covered up, you cannot use the guest onsen. You can reserve a private onsen instead — request it when you check in. The yukata were comfortable and you can select the appropriate size for you. They also had face wash and face lotion in the room which was a nice surprise. The traditional breakfast and dinner were great: healthy and delicious. I wish we had stayed longer! "

"It's a nice hotel with hot spring on the 3rd floor. The location is convenient. You can easily walk to Beppu station, or You Me Mall. There is a Lawson across the street and there are also few supermarket nearby."

"The breakfast was simple and nice. It was a good way to kick start our morning. My girl totally enjoyed the breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. We love the laundry room at level 2. Life saving. Staff were nice and helpful too. "
