"This hotel was adequate. Breakfast had a lot of options (eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, bagels, cereals, etc.). There was also a mini gym on site with a few machines. The facility seemed a little older, but kept clean. One negative was that the front desk person forgot to give me my ID and credit card back when we checked in, and they didn't call with a reminder. "La Residence is a sweet, older hotel. If you're seeking a modern boujee experience, this isn't it. It's a simple place with antique charm. I enjoyed it very much! Comes with a fully stocked kitchen which was a nice surprise. Staff were kind and courteous. Everything was very clean. Continental breakfast was simple but thoughtful."
