"We had the amazing Sunday Roast when we arrived. Excellent and plentiful and my veggie version was a great surprise. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Central Kemptown location and the off-season rates made it excellent value for money. My solo room was bigger than expected with a very comfortable bed and nice linens. Strong shower and immediate hot water were wonderful. Only negative for me was the noise level of my 2nd floor room, which was right off the elevator. I heard everyone...

"Excellent hotel and location. Only downside was no parking at the hotel. We used an app JustPark abd hired someones driveway for the weekend. This then neant lugging our bags for a 20 minute walk. Not great if you're an older couple. Spa was excellent though."

"It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this wonderful hotel. The hotel has undergone a complete refurbishment to the highest standards. Our room was equal if not better than many 5 star hotels we have stayed at. The room we stayed in was delightful, with real attention to detail, and the facilities, including the restaurant, were top-notch! We will certainly stay again in the future. "

"I’ve stayed here before but in a smaller room this time had a patio it’s a nice place but needs a good clean and revamp of furniture Wire everywhere the host mark is very helpfull and always willing to help It just needs a good cleaner the floors were dirty I found this the same problem last year "

"Room itself was small, however had everything we needed and more. Second night was a little warm, however a fan is already provided in the room and this sorted the very minor inconvenience out straight away. The breakfast included is excellent and worth coming for alone, also parking passes make a huge difference as Brighton can be expensive in that regard. Overall a fantastic place to stay, would happily return. "

"Basic, cheap but clean accommodation, perfect for a 1 or 2 night stay. I didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the food. Walking distance to local shops and various takeaways, petrol station just down the road and bus stop right outside. Large car park. Beautiful views of the coastline. Would consider staying here again."
