"The Regent Cha-am Beach resort was a very comfortable stay in January 2025. We booked to stay for a wedding held in the grounds. The staff were very helpful and arranged cars, helped us book a fabulous cooking class and were happy to help with everything. The interior is a little tired and sadly the spa was not open. The wedding ceremony area and reception was well prepared by the staff and everything looked fabulous. Over our 5 night stay, the food was very good and our experience overall was great. "

"Amazing staff. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the pool was a favorite for my toddler. Lots of activities for the little one. Quiet and far from the busy city but a 20 min grab taxi ride gets you to markets and mall. "

"Nice Location with two pools one of them near the beach staff was really on spot with requests. They changed our rooms. The first one had defective air conditioning and the batteries needed changing in the safe n door lock but they took care of those things right away the Bellmen were on it stepped out of the cab, took our luggage up to the room. Friendly staff all around. The only things that could use improving or change the carpet at the entrance of our rooms and the narrow old bathtub will be better if it were an open shower. Nice to have a 7-11 in front. Awesome sun rise view from our room "

"Great motel for relaxing rooms are good size and spacious very comfortable As for things to do there is not much the beach well there is no beach just a break wall you have to wait until 530am to walk on the sand There no beach bar or pool bar and the drinks are expensive for a beer or wine So if you want to sit by the pool and relax this is the place If you like other activities than look around at other motels "

"If you have transportation, the value for the money is unbeatable. Breakfasts++, Pool++ The only gripes are small: the aircon was difficult to dial in to a comfortable temperature and the shower door was sticky and did not close all the way. "Top notch customer service. Staffs are friendly and go above and beyond for you. Facility is beautiful. They also provide my elderly mother with a wheelchair. The staff also set up the bathroom with a shower chair and anti-slip mat. Definitely a handicapped friendly property. Breakfast is awesome with both Thai and western option. The Thai food station changes every day as well and it is cooked fresh for you."
